Minor League Hometown Collection

In case you have not seen it yet, MiLBstore.com is selling caps of older Minor League teams as part of a Hometown Collection Series.

I think this is a great idea.  Here is some of the current caps for sale:

I love the Hometown Collection caps, think its a great idea.

Here are my suggestions for future additions:

1993-95 Elmira Marlins of the New York-Penn League

Short season "A" Ball

Became the Lowell Spinners in 1996

Look closely at the logo...brilliant.

This cap would sell, I don't know anybody who has one.

Medicine Hat

Rookie level -Pioneer League

1994 Affiliate of the Blue Jays  (last year was 2002)

Nothing better than when the parent club is incorporated into the MiLB logo.

Port City Roosters

1995 and 1996

Wilmington, NC

Double "A" affiliate of the Seattle Mariners

1994 Binghamton Mets

Double "A"  Eastern League

Look at the colors

This  cap screams Mets!!
